Beer is such a backstabber.
Your night with her starts out
innocent enough.
She seems really fun, introduces
you to everyone. She doesnt mind
if you try to get with other girls. In fact,
she helps hook you up.
You and Beer really just hit it off.
But Beers problem
is that the morning after
she just wont leave. She turns into such a
b*tch. She nags you,
giving you a nasty headache. Sometimes
she stays all day,
like you dont have anything better to do.
You decide
that you and Beer are finished. Youre
breaking it off.
But you always end up coming back to Beer,
and she always takes you back because
she really is pretty amazing,
isnt she?

| I've never been much of a drinker, but I really like the way you compared beer to the woman in the poem. I know a few people in my life that are like this =). Short and to the point, and I like how you finnished it with a question; highlighting the comparison between the two. Well thought out... probably one of the best that I will review today, I do enjoy poems like this. Keep writing =P. |
