Lock the doors with broken keys, And sail away to distant seas, Left this world upon its knees, With ebony sails we ride the breeze,
Skulls and crossbones wave in the sky, As we leap off tides attempting to fly, Whirling, whipping winds blow by, As echoes of waves crash and cry,
Spirits of the vast sea strike the land, Making up bursts of churning sand, It hits the ground with a thud, The ship sinks into the surfaces mud,
After the perilous journey from time to time, We find it easy to sit and unwind, But the sea it calls and lures us back to it, And here on the land it becomes hard to sit,
Standing again against the mighty air, It whips at our faces, but the pain we can bare, No fear of the deep blue waters, We are the ones that give the orders,
We are the raiders of the sea, To travel far and wide sets us free.
