Can't Understand

I try to understand
And put my thoughts to words
But something within me has changed
Now I am not the same
No rhyme, no word
Seems to be enough
I cant explain what I feel
To the extent that it is felt
I am still learning
Still trying to find my way
All I want
Is still blurry in my head
I try to understand
But you cant understand
What is not understandable
So do I cry
Do I sit and wait
What do I do
To fill my day
These thoughts within my head
Have no corresponding words
So my poem is what it is
Nothing less and nothing more
Than a vent to my heart
That is being greatly torn
