Youre a flower youre a rose
The reason my garden grows
With a smile like a petal scent
Yes this thought slightly bent
But smell the rose and you will see
The meaning that comes from me
Soft, gentle, fragrant and pure
Something to adorn something to adore
We are friends this I know
But still you make my day glow
I hope we make our plans entwine
Now and then to drink and dine
To share a gift in hope to see
What it is between you and me
With todays rose there is a string
Giving thanks to you for all you bring
