Theres so many different kinds of ugly
It goes deeper than you realize at first
Deeper than anything you can see
Just like a cigarette it burns beautifully
But inside are the harsh posions that burst
It will come out like a soaked bag of tea
Soaking up anything that was pure
Pure as the water it consumes
It will leave you breathless and scared
Everything that was good that just disappeared
Listening and interpreting will only make it worse
Because inside that witty smirk
Uglys personality will give you a jerk
You see it everyday
From inside your mind
To the world next door
For every child who has been forgotten
To every person who has to make up for something
Its true that human beings will forget their values
Just to accomplish petty pride competitions
To make themselves feel a little more decent
It doesnt have to be like that
All you have to do is feel
Empathy is overrated
But enjoying love is better than everything
