sitting beside me
i dont know what to say
why cant he realize
how much i want him today
he wont ever know
how i feel inside
by the rules of my feelings
i must abide
is he that blind
that he cant see my love
i cant set him free
like i could a dove
if only he could know
with out me to tell
we would live our lives
prosperous and well
with each other's love
to lift us up high
dont need to waste time
trying to get by
we will watch as our lives
pass quickly and silently by
smiling as we gaze
deep in each others eyes
