Under weeping skies
weary drivers sweep off
into the night
and I at my window pane,
quiet mind,
small night-light,
the gentle hum of my fan
and resting shadows
my company.

I really like this. There's something to be said for simple words and images. I can actually see how quiet it was in this. I can almost imagine the whispers.
It's really very good. Short and simple.
