Would you of love be free
when love you hold so dear
how could you feel such sorrow
with happiness so near
You tell me that its over
but then you ask for more
I can not help but wonder
just what youre looking for
Shadows of the moments
of tenderness we share
are growing long and silent
I wonder if you care
Thoughts of love and laughter
are happiness we hold
it will not last a life time
as memories grow cold.

I wonder if you care
The entire write is super, terrific flow, meter,
I loved the stanza above, for many reasons.
I liked the fact you added the title into the beginning
of this verse as well.
