How I long to compose a master piece Put the ink to paper the words flow like water
Verse after verse stanza after stanza
But the words illude me like trendles of smoke gone through my fingers
Oh Silverstein and Mr.frost
I have failed you so the language of poetry is lost to me
I shall only look onto beauty never to be a part

I thought this poem was pretty decent
If you need inspiration get stoned or drunk
then stay awake all night to watch the twilight and the sun rise.
Then simply write whatever comes to mind. |

Beautifully expressed.
Oh! the torture of a poetic heart when rendered mute. Though I would
guess that by this display, the words managed to have found their way
into your pen, regardless. The last two lines are so full of longing and
sadness. Beautifully painful, dear poet.
