I will do whatever it takes To keep me in your mind Years from now you will look back And its my face you will find
As you wonder where you went wrong I will be walking even further away And when my shadow is all you can see You will realize that you needed me to stay
Here in the present you refuse To realize that you can already see Everything you want and need You continue searching, but not for me
I can complete you if you would let me But you refuse to let me help you Just one night together is all I need And your searches will be through
But you push me away And so I leave you to our strife And now it will be too late when you realize That I could have saved your life
