Waiting siting in the dark for the one I love
You left that dark cold winters night
Now my soul withers away
My heart broken wondering are you coming back
Our past like a ghost haunts me for I cry all night wanting you back home
Are you coming...do you even here me
Where are you now...I ponder and waste my days away on you
I lay in my bed hoping, crying, screaming please come back for I love thee

Well done. It shows raw emotion and vivid imagery..'waiting in the dark' evokes a near explosive soul just waiting to burst out. A desparation is seen here, someone who needs love despartely. At least that's my interpretation. You write with great passion and emotion. Love it!

| This is another really good write. Just by reading “Well thank you I bid you all a farewell goodbye” I can tell that you are a very honest person and have no troubles writing your raw emotions down with pen to page techniques. Away I love this poem. GREAT WRITE!!! |
