I can hear your soothing voice
Even when you aren't there
Telling me not to cry
As you gently stroke my hair
And for everything we've been through
To each other, we seem to owe
A life together, in harmony
Where we will watch each other grow...
Because this is more than just love
This is better than emotion
More intense than passionate
This is deeper than devotion
More than just pure fate
Better than affection
More heartfelt than lust
Deeper than fixation...
This feeling's more fierce than a flame
More forgiving than the calm sea
It's more gentle than the fluffy clouds
Caught within it, are you and me.
I can hear you whisper
You're saying my name
And forever; eternally
This will stay the same.
