What deadly ruse~! - can the brave fighter trust The treacherous and cunning detainee That waving the white flag, seems to adjust So peacefully to his captivity?
But then he turns, the villain Fedayeen, A Saddam loyalist, trained to deceive, Watch out brave fighters keep alert and keen Dont drop your guard, or else you come to grief!
Long-suffering Kurds and Shiites - so let down Twelve years ago, when we so fast withdrew Then you were brutally all overthrown And the result,- more suffering came to you.
Saddam took vengeance for your rising up And all the world saw how he gassed and smote, But now we stay and steel your beaten back This time we stand with you - so help us God.!
Your great oppressors, Saddams Fedayeen, Trained well for murderous brutality, Commits the shameless acts that contravene The rules of war and of humanity
Ghouls keep their own from water and from food, And as civilians dressed sue for sweet peace, Then the fake soldiers turn around and shoot Or ambush and commit atrocities
Regard for human life is weakness,-thus Take off we plead, brave warriors take off- You were forbearing caring long enough Take finally off the all too velvety gloves.
Some writers take the pen to emphasize, And love to dwell on aspects negative, Exceedingly well pleased to minimize Superb attainments that the brave achieve!.
Press coverage is slanted - some hearts bleed- Although there is for it no need at all, For bleedings sake alone the midgets bleed, And keep on warning of what may befall.
Iraqs civilian folk is beat and killed By thugs Irregular craven, foul and grim, Children and woman serve as human shield As is the custom in Saddams regime.
Support our valiant heroes, - praise! give praise! They put for us their young life on the line, The bring deliverance and in the maze Of wars turmoil their glory halos shine. ..

Thank you Sharon for taking time out to comment. It is indeed ghastly.
Bless you for realizing it. |
