I love you my beautiful mother
for carrying me for nine months
for all the struggle you went through
for abandoning me right after I was born
I love you my beautiful mother
for never trying to contact me
for making me feel worthless
alone
scared
unloved
but most of all
I love you my beautiful mother
for making me the strong woman that I am today
