Death is an illusion for the living
The dearly departed, now love all forgiving
Open your heart to the possibility, are you willing?
Cherish memories; remember them with thanksgiving
Remember, dont dwell on the past
This life is moving forward fast
We struggle when our loved ones have passed
This theater of life, everyday, gets a newborn cast
Its hard to say goodbye, all consuming, depressing
I take it day by day, Im progressing
I hope you can feel the love Im expressing
Thank you God for this divine blessing
I know there is a divine plan here at play
I just never imagined this painful day
I wish it was possible for you to stay
Taken away, when the Lord calls we must obey
For people like you, Heaven was created
Upon your arrival, God and his angels were surely elated
Your goodness deserves to be celebrated
This fact cannot be overstated
I just wanted to say a few final things
Dearly beloved; now that you have your wings
I close my eyes; I can hear the angels sing
Thank You Lord of Lords & King of Kings!

I like your poem. it's very true. And (I believe) every person knows that the life gives this lesson always for everybody. But what I think beautifully is the rithym and the rimes. They seem like a song (religious song).
