Freezing the soul within

He stands alone,
He feels like a lifeless stone.
Pain is life, life is pain,
But nothing, nothing is in vain.

Here, where the soul burns,
Where joy never returns,
To die, to freeze,
Is much more than your eye sees.

Snow falls, it touches his cold skin,
Freezing the soul within.
Once again a memory, he whispers:
Together again my pain and me.

I fear not time, I fear not death,
I do not care if this is my last breath.
Hear my words, for I am immortal,
And this, is my final battle.

All i have is my pain,
I can only hope, I am still sane,
But this I know,
This is all i can say, all I can show.
Worthless is eternity,
If you spend it being lonely.
