The cool crisp wind blowing against my face Cleansing every inch of my person The rough earth forms around my bare feet The sun paints lush colors of eve on the sky I sit and stare at the clear blues waters
I feel at peace In such a plain and simple moment Slowly the stars begin to show They shine through the dissolving clouds I love each and every second that passes by
Such a peaceful time in my life How I wish this time could last forever The moon appears above me Smiling down at the girl I am Life is wonderful
I feel at peace These are my roots No matter what happens These are my roots Forever more
