You went through alot
but you never gave up
the roads get rough
but i know you held on
you never left me alone
cause you cared for me
you raised 4 kids
wish i could pay you back
for the things you did
you're the reason for my smile
i can see the pain in your eyes
wishing i could take it all away
i know i'm not around
but you never stopped loving me
no matter what happens
you're always there to help
i thank the lord for you
there's no woman alive
who could take your place
