My soul is screaming now
screaming for dear life
that's too cheap
and too disappointed

My soul is screaming now
a breathless howl that needs no breath
and only dogs and I can hear

My soul is screaming now
screaming like so many others
and for so many
for so long
that only gods and they
can hear

My soul is screaming now
screaming for eden.
