Tell me thats there's nothing wrong
Lie to my face
Keep me locked inside your heartless embrace
Smile with your decieving lips
Your piercing eyes ignite me
Your words bound my every move
How did i let you get this far?
How can i forgive you of your debts
Your touch entices me
Lay my body down and forget the world
There is nothing but this moment
but when the time ends, when the sand runs clear
what is left of me?
i am back where i began
With love lost and a broken heart
Left to pick up the remaining pieces that were only partially glued together to begin with
When will i learn?
Its like a bad sequal and happens all over again
Like a broken record
No mistakes corrected
nothing changes
We love together, live together
enchanting moments and fragmented dreams
Leave us broken and barely able to breathe
Confusing torture this always is
Mixed emotions with words unspoken
There's no such thing as a beautiful goodbye
With tears and fake smiles
Barely left to touch
thrown to our own memories
Made to forget
To live without
A withdrawl stronger than death
A yearning to regress
To taste the innocence once more
You speak
I cry
I love you
Please leave
Go and leave me be
Too complicated
Creates a mess beyond repair this time
I just got my life together
Just learned to breathe without you inside me
Overcame my addiction
Until you breathed my name
Then it came rushing like a forcing wind
It overtook me
With dreams and visons
Wishing I could drink you in once more
Needing a taste
Longing for a moment to freeze in time
I just got straight
How could you ask me
Leave me be
Dont lay me down
Dont look at me
Dont speak my name
let me live my life
You had your chance
And your loss
is someone else's gain

Whatever inspired this piece ,I think i've experienced something similar in my life before!! You wrote feelings and pains that were real and it shows! That's A true poet ! Always keep it real! Keep writing!!Keep Posting!
