Its just a poem so many words on how I feel
Just maybe a snippet in time when it was real
The passing moment then leaves me be
To a place where I no longer can see
All before me forgotten in time
To be remembered only in rhyme
From time to time my thoughts I will read
And on my feelings I will again feed
Where I will always recall the time
That I thought you could be mine
And even though this wish does stay
All these feelings have been put away
The poems though, they continue to rise
For when my feelings find their prize
One day I will meet true love for real
And a loving heart not made from steel
