The other day I was thinking
And I came to a big conclusion
I want to share it with you because
If I do it may save you some heartbreak (I hope)
Think of that man you dreamt up
Who you visit at night in your dreams
You know this guy dont you
The one you look for in every man you meet
(Youre picturing him as I speak arent you?)
Well darling he doesnt exist
And as long as youre looking for your fake man
The real one is walking straight past you.
Oh dont even think that hes out there
Because no one like him exist
The perfect guy for you isnt this man in your head
Hes the guy walking down your street.
(Now Go Get Him)
