What the hell does the world want??

As i walk along the watery pavement
it seems a ride down my life
as each raindrop camouflages the tears
ripping my heart like a sharp knife

I've tried ma best to be what the world wants
Man!iv failed;failed hard and bad
as the fear of life continues to haunt
driven me all the round mad

I've tried to be outspoken and fair
but realized the realized made of plastic
genuineness doesn't count here
the thought of which makes me sick

even tried being sweet and kind
felt myself used
witnessed people mocking me from behind
as though i can't understand ma abuse

i tried out being angry and tough
succeeded to overtake many others
but felt had nurtured enough
backbiters and backstabbers

each new raindrop falls on my face
reflecting my life's each new phase
and the question of life continues to haunt
what the hell does the world want??????
