I really don't remember writing this I'm digging through some old poems and here's one of them hope you like it
Black as the night Seen as an omen by many, causing freight Circling my head Superstitious passerby's think me soon dead
The majestic bird flew with out making a sound I some how felt at peace as it went round and round It ceased its cycle perched on a wire I noticed something struck me as dire
Its eyes Burned into my soul Red as the fires of hell I feared I was soon to die My end was near
And just as soon I feared not This omen of death To me just a majestic bird in the wind The raven black as night Seemed to see in me a greater future plight
