Despite enjoying the day with you The icy chill of fear settles over me My doubt becomes a protective cloak That I pull tighter and tighter across my shoulders I am unsure as to what the day was But feel that it was a date Intuition is not enough to convince me The only certainty I have are your previous words "Let's be friends for the time being"
