I'm finding euphoria
hidden in my flesh
and I'm about to take the edge
out of this world
with my own
dreams and damage.
I know you'd disagree
my selfish intentions
indulgence my therapy
for the waking depression.
There are so many ways to go down
to get lost in my own head
to become wild and starry eyed
beneath the touch of a white knight
running down my throat.
(the jagged edge of the pill
doesn't hurt on the way down)
