the angels in heaven
theyve signed my name
no chance to go back now
their mind is made
im leaving this world
and all i was gave
dont cry for me
today is my day
its a long journey
up into the sky
but i have to go now
cause they say its time
on down the line
the flashbacks and such
all memories
that used to mean so much
their all erased
with the blink of an eye
an angel must leave them
before he can fly
at the gates of heaven
saint peter stands
hes shakin his head
at the list in his hand
he looks back to me
with such sad eyes
i know just what hes thinkin
as he lets out a sigh
he says im sorry my son
your time has come
but the gates of heaven
just wont open up
you see what youve done
with the life you were gave
just dont add up
to the price you must pay
now im sorry but you must
turn back and go
into the darkness
the great uknown
ill pray for you
you and your soul
cause no more chances
will you ever know.......
