alone is nothing
an existance on your own
an emptiness so terrible
a loneliness pinned down

alone is to be afraid
a feeling so powerful
an iron grip of fear
a soul cast out

alone is a prison
a cry through bars
a hand that grasps
ahold of nothing

alone is a soul murdered
an emotion locked away
a storm of tears
a solitary coffin

alone is a slow death
a soul all alone
a desperation, a doom
a pain, alone
