how dare you look at me with that judgemental frown
those eyes so dark you push me down
With a touch so cold and a heart so bleak
it send chills down my spine just to hear you speak
Those words of hurt that cause such despair
Why is it that you just dont care
I offered you it all , I gave you my heart
You pushed me around and tore me apart
I pick up the pieces of my broken self
now suddinly i sit there back on the shelf
waiting for someone to stand at my side
With a smile full of love and everlasting pride

People just seem to get meaner and meaner, at least that is what I have been seeing.
I loved the write, it has great depth of emotion in it and the images very vivid, though the pain that caused it I am sorry for. People do not understand how cruel they can be!

BRAVO!!! This is an excellent piece! It reminds me of so many of my pieces!! You can tell you write from pure experiencesthat have hurt yet strengthened your soul!!! Keep writing and Keep Posting!!
