Borne along by the crowd, he came with a message from long ago. Never complained about the rain, he was a lonely lovely soul, he only had eyes for Loraine.
Confused under daybreak, dancing alone, so tender. It was the kiss and the hope of a new day, he only had eyes for Loraine.
She had an aura devoid of sadness, a deluge of whites and pinks. He only had his life and his days, he only had eyes for Loraine.

A beautiful piece of writing. It bringsout the true romantic in my mind. I hope my true love only has eyes for me the way the guy has eyes for Loraine in this poem. Your writing is refreshing as the rain.
