Youre the reason for the smile on my face,
The lovin you give me is so sweet with beauty and grace
Your smile melts my heart, we can never be apart
Its safe to say Id die without you in my arms
Because since the day I met you I knew you were the one
Since the first time I heard your voice I knew you were meant to be mine
That laugh and that smile, its safe to say in my eyes you shine.
Everything about you makes my heart knock,
The feeling I get when you hold my hand just cant be stopped
The love we have is one of a kind, one thats hard to find
No one understands this path we chose, but well be here for the highs and lows
This life is one thats hard to live, but with you by my side itll be okay.
And for me to be happy, well being with you is the only way.
Youre my only one, my only love, you got me going crazy
Nothing I do can make me forget the loving you give me
So for the rest of my life I know where Ill be
Right by your side boy, showing you what its like to be happy
Im not satisfied unless Im wrapped up in your arms,
Because I know youll keep me safe and keep away all harm
No matter what we do or who tries to rip us apart
I know well find our way back to each others hearts.

I'd just posted a poem also and had to take a second look as I thought i'd posted the wrong one !.. I've written a poem titled "You" But this is soo much better well written! :)
