can i live through you?
pouring all my hopes and dreams into you
i want to live the words you speak
spokesman for the wall fly
society of the madmen
i do not love you
i can never love you
but i want you
speak for me
be my mask
although i know you
we practice infedelity together
i know your heart
and you will abandon me
i stand upon the stage
you gave me the soliliqy
as i presented your words to the world
your face showing, the crowd glowing
you left
like the ragdoll against the wall
i could not move
exposed to the eyes
my words left me
much too co-dependent i failed
teach me some lesson
independence and individualty
but you're the worst teacher for me
moving on to someone new
let them know for me
you're spokesman for the dead
