Falling Free

Contributed by unholy_soldier on Sunday, 30th March 2003 @ 07:35:00 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

Falling from the sky like a dragon without life,
Bellowing flame from its lifeless body consuming itself in fire,
Burning away all the pain it was so blessed with in life,
Falling free from its captive in death,
A foe struck the final blow,
Freeing a friend from the hate within,
The quest is at its end,
The strive for death,
Now the gift of life.

i love your imagery of the dragon, particularly the line: Bellowing flame from its lifeless body consuming itself in fire.
Beautiful.
