VALSE TRYST

Topic: Haiku

Bright shafts of sunlight
Pour through gently swaying trees
Powdered wings warm.

Two Cabbage Whites waltz
Caught in an upward spiral
Blissfully entwined.

Pretty pirouettes
Leave a signature in air
Of united joy.

Climbing heavenward
Their fragile forms fade away
Into deepest blue.

I felt this was sooo beautiful. . . I had to revisit. . . such a nice gentle touch! elle :)
