A beautiful view of the city A landscape full of bright lights As you can tell by my PJ's Another sleepless night
Horns honk, cars speed by I start to reminisce as tears fall from my eye
Did I do it right? Am I being to loud? All my life I tried to make you proud
No here I am with this view of the bay Have I mentioned to you that today is the day
My thoughts are racing Did I tell everyone goodbye? I think of my kids Uncontrollably I cry
It's time to jump the time is now I try to step, but forgot how
I lean over the edge ready to drop All of a sudden it's over Thank you! Alarm clock

when self doubt fills our minds we often magnf y the mistakes and forget all the kind loving things we did.no one ever gets it completely right. As you forgive you are forgiven.

Glad it ended in this way, thanks to alarm clock right?
It is awful our daytime often slips inside our covers and haunts our dreams. We have to keep right on going though, dont we?
Intense and well written poem.
Hugs
