Sometimes I Wish...

Sometimes I wish
That the words were left unsaid
Forever in my mind
I could keep them safe instead

Sometimes I wish
I could go back to the past
Revisit all the moments
And make those moments last

Sometimes I wish
To be always by your side
But I'm scared of people watching
So I keep the distance wide

Sometimes I wish
That I would not be so green
But I am cos I still love you
So I hide by being mean

Sometimes I wish
That I knew your reason why
Questions are still unanswered
And this sometimes makes me cry

Sometimes I wish
That you'd say you feel the same
But nothing is that easy
So I continue on in vain
