I've really messed up this time
I made it off of the straight line
I've been drunk on the highway
There's really not much for me to say
Cause what I did was truely wrong
Either that or my mind is truely gone
Now I can't tell my left from right
and I think I'm loosing my eye sight
It all started when I was sitting at the bar
I couldn't find the keys to my car
I think my friend found it for me
Then he helped me to the car cause I couldn't see
What happened next I'll give you a hint
I'd been in a serious accident
Of course I did a hit and run
It's a good thing I didn't had a gun
Once I got caught I went to jail
for about three months or until a bail
Now I'd stopped my drinking habits
The next time I see a beer I won't reach out and grab it
