Of what was known in days of before
Is now known in our hearts
Upon the path we have travelled
Upon the days we have walked
In the days of dark and cold
I called for you to come and hold
To have you near me was a dream
And something beyond belief
Now our eyes have kissed
And share words of life and heart
Thoughts and feelings gently weave
In a wonderful fabric of love
Colours and smells of our lives
Flow in the heart of our souls
The fabric spins and grows
And you are a blessing in my life
We wrap this wonderful fabric
Around our bodies and hearts
And keep each other warm
In waves of spirit and love.
