After hells flames seered to my soul,
old Satan had to go.
I cried, "Father, he's burning too
close, please guard my soul!"
(Suddenly I realizeds)
He can't touch that!
You bought it for me.
Laughing at myself, I sighed,
Victory was nigh.
Soon I knew the stars would
shine inside this worn body
of mine, 'Cause
I feel a tender touch
We all need so much.
Come on, come on now,
Stand with me.
I see victory!
While crawling on my knees
found it back there, see?
Looking back,
raptured beauty
lying on the ground.
Victory I've found.
Watch flowers bloom
as luv sings our tunes.
People dancing in-luv,
fresh beauty above
In our raptured beauty.

| rapid progression from one extreme to the other! I wonder if the laugh wasn't a hollow laugh of doubtful self-assurance, though? Probably not - the beauty seems more overwhelming than the evil here. |
