Can you imagine being a victim of war, Gunshots and missiles waking you each night, The unrest depriving you of peace, Your job, family, everything?
Can you imagine leaving home to live in a camp, And your children no longer going to school, Rather waiting and praying for others to donate Blankets, clothes, food?
As hundreds of thousands suffer this way Can you imagine what they might be going through?

Your words pull so strongly on my heartstrings. There's so much more to war than death. . . there's so many facets of this
sinister personality that breaks the human spirit. Dislocation & need are certainly paramount on this tragic list. Even the
escoteric moments such as the very real & very painful thoughts as to why. . . Why war ever happens & as to why it happens
to the ones involved. No one goes untouched, some just live unnoticing. Thank you for your straight-foward words.
Always wanting the sweetest blessings for us all!!! elle :) |
