I can definently relate to this one. That's just one reason I live in the country.
A good scream helps a lot things.

i've done that before, working out/exercising can compliment the scream too... all that stress just leaves your body. great job

When I lived in the desert I would go out and scream at the top of my lungs. I cannot do it now living in the middle of the city lol.
So yea I relate, scream away feel better!

COOL~!! I scream alot to kill the frustration and confusion!! I wish I could scream and get rid of my addictions though!! That would be great!!! I identify with this one tho!!!
