she is beautiful

the one who made you nervous
she is the one you cant get
who gives you stage fright
with just her smile

the one you always wanted
i can never be her for you

| I like it very much...which is strange actually as i rarely like non-rhyming poetry as i believe it is far too easy to just put down 'thoughts' and have it classed as poetry. To me - the art lies in trying to say whatever it is you are trying to say, but make it rhyme. So, for me to say i like it a lot is ....well, congrats. Well done! |

I was pondering a similar thing while i was out in town today. The fact is, those girls are besotted with themselves. The guys they end up with are besotted with themselves. Together, they make up probably 70% of the population, maybe more. They are just inherently meaningless; wisps of an air-brush fantasy. The real beauty in a woman comes in her passion, her intelligence and her talent. These girls have none of these. Leave them to their shallow desires and shallow lives I say, you will always be better than them. You will always attract better men than them. After all, you can write poetry.
