LostLove

I've been heartbroken, alone, way too many times. Coupled with sin and crime, and her broken rhymes. As my body glides, along the razor's edge. As I sidle across, that open ledge. Of my apartments window, I won't look down. Because I'll never hit, and I'd rather drown. In every other sea, and in every other town. It's too good to be true, all good things have ending's. That's the way I like it, a position worth defending. I'm out of Vicodin, and Ativan. So I walk these streets, in a caravan. Of spinning lights, and shooting stars. I'm her prisoner, I can't melt these bars. I'm no superman, I'm no queen of spades. Only the daggers left, are my words erased? My life's over now, and I'm passing out. Tell society, that they've lost this bout. I'm a lost cause, and her love's run dry. It's too late now, but I'll never cry.
I am capable of talking entirely in clichs. I am capable of standing at the dead man's crescendo. I am the king of syntax, heartbreak, and goblins. I am... forever *****.
