I can vividly recall the day
when you and i first met,
as the single best day of my life
it's not one i'll soon forget.
I remember how we sat and talked
and laughed the whole day through,
and when the night time finally came
i made sweet love to you.
At peace within each others arms
we held each other tight,
we hugged and kissed and shared our dreams
all throughout the night,
and when the sun came up that day
we knew we'd like to be,
together for a long, long time
this was our destiny.
