Your eyes are soft with affection
But hurt because I'm not with you
Your voice is strong but still I
Hear the pain and there too
You touch my hand but all I feel
Are his fingers on my skin
You love me with all your heart
But all I want is him...
I sleep alone at night but me
Dreams consist of both of you
I daydream during class;
About him and about you too
Pick up my journal t night and I
Take time to put thoughts in
Write about how I love you
And how I only want him...
His soft eyes are confused as I say goodbye
But I know
I won't be lost once I leave him; I have a
Place to go
I have you and your heart and into your arms
I will run
It will hurt but I know in time I'll accept that
We are done...
I'm all yours...
No more him.

Sometimes it is hard to let go of what is wrong because you believe it is right.It is so easy to overlook the better future.,
The past should be the past.
