Its just you, me and our daughter
Living on love
We are not broke, and not rich
Living on love
Can't pay the bills
It seems like the only thing we do is climb hills
Rent is past due
Just another bill making us blue
Electric is next on the list
One more bill making us shake our fists
We have to buy food
At the end of this one, puts us in a bad mood
Even though we can't pay the bills
We keep on climbing those hills
And at the end of the day
We can definitely say
That we are truly Living on Love.
