Today is a New Day
And in his Grace I stand
Where would I be
If it weren't for his hand

His Hand that reaches for me
Even when I think
He is not there...
His hand that reaches for me
And shows how much
he cares...

Has anyone known a love
such as this
A love that's unconditional
A love that's heavenly bliss
No man loves as God loves
Though its a love were
suppose to model...
But man places limits on love
And our Lord's lead we do not follow...

He doesn't stop loving us when we
we make a mistake...
He will never put you down
or throw it in your face...
He doesnt expect us to
change who we are
He loves us regardless
and our soul he'll not scar

Love for man is conditional
and its not easy to love like God
But Gods love is unconditional
and so great our mind can't understand....
And this is why our Lord is Lord and not like man....

So this is a New day
In his Love and Grace I want be...
Wrapped in the love he
gives unconditionally...
