He is not like us
Sometimes, it seems
He is a miracle
Straight from a dream
His voice is heavenly
His innocence grows
And atop his head
Is an angel's halo.
When you see him crying
For his broken heart
They are the tears of an angel
You are torn apart
Because the look in his eyes
You cannot ignore
He cries the tears of an angel
And you don't want him to cry...
Anymore.
We are not like him
We commit sins
But he is an oddity
He always wins
His voice is perfection
When he says all things
And when he's in the light
You can see his wings...
And when you hear him crying
For his tortured soul
He's crying the tears of an angel
Only half of a whole
And the sad look in his eyes
You cannot deny
You want to hold that angel
And tell him...
Don't cry.
