silent bones

Topic: abstract

once glimmering
appears a dry void
heart wants out
scars are formed
breath a mixture
of nightshade
& never more
forever marred
some go mad
some angry
tinged with bitter
faces fall apart
from cruel
mockery
pressed against
known fading.
