Tonight I know that you will sleep sound
I wonder what your dreaming of now
I hope it's me inside your head
Making love with you instead

I know that this may seem wrong
But its 3:00 its almost dawn
And all I can do is think of you
And how are love ran so true
I wish that things did not end up this way
I wish that you would have chosen to stay

Tonight I know that you will sleep sound
And all I want is to be with you now
Wrapped in your arms so very tight
It's the only time when things felt right

So I guess life will go on this way
Full of questions unanswered about that day
I guess I'm just glad that now I can say
You are my friend, my love
Forever and always
